PCOS & Trying to Conceive

I FINALLY have been prescribed clomid by my midwife. I had literally no progesterone so I’ve been taking that for several months. The clomid was 50mg. Has anyone gotten pregnant from that? What about twins? I was twins so bad. CD 12 here, am doing ovulation strips to see if I actually ovulate.

What dosage did you do that worked?

So my premom app is saying that I’m in my fertile window (day 1) and should start trying but then I’ve tested LH twice today and both were low. The app then said that my ovulation may be delayed which makes sense. But now my boobs are hurting so bad! Could I be in the window with low LH?!

Today they found a 21mm follicle, very mature and ready to erupt this week. That was the biggest I've had since I started my fertility journey. Did a trigger shot today and now we wait 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
