Premom low LH

So my premom app is saying that I’m in my fertile window (day 1) and should start trying but then I’ve tested LH twice today and both were low. The app then said that my ovulation may be delayed which makes sense. But now my boobs are hurting so bad! Could I be in the window with low LH?!
