Since becoming a mum, I’ve realised how many women are quietly running on empty.
We get told our bloods are “normal.”
But we’re exhausted.
Snappy.
Foggy.
Not sleeping properly.
Just… not ourselves.
I work in functional medicine, and we look at bloods through a more optimal lens, which often explains so much that standard testing misses.
I’m thinking about offering this specifically for mums.
