I have a almost 4 year old who I don't have custody of. Long story but he was awarded to his dad. In Washington where I used to live they awarded his dad full custody but I have been noticing that there is something wrong with our son. There is a chance he has Austim maybe even add or ADHD. He can't talk well. He is always sick with ear infection, the croup, or the flu or some kind of stomach bug. He goes to preschool but hardly ever goes because he is always sick. When I tell my ex that I am concerned about something and he should bring it up to his doctor he says ok I will. I wait awhile and ask if he got him checked or brought up to his doctor my concerns and he says no I didn't I don't think it is something to worry about and he is fine now or he also says I forgot and it doesn't concern me. But all the signs are there. Even if it is small he could still benefit from some help. But his dad won't listen to me. So I need to talk to a lawyer or someone here in California to get some advice and see if I can open up a case here and get some advice on what to do. Does anyone know anyone I can talk to? Hello I'm Dani I'm 26 I have a one year old son looking to meet new mom friends in the oroville area to hangout with and do fun playdates we love going for walks.

A little background: we had to call code enforcement because our landlord is hard to get a hold of. Even the water company can't get a hold of him. Our water heater busted and flooded the master bathroom and most of the master bedroom. There is a million other things that are wrong and it is just not our place he owns the next door neighbors too. They have just as many problems. My 1.5 year old daughter is sick and I know it is because of living in this house but everyone besides my husband is telling me to stay here until the 13th. That is when the code enforcement is coming back. If the things aren't fixed by then we have to get out. So far the landlord hasn't tried contacting anyone or sent anyone out. I want to go to a hotel as soon as we can because I am getting tired of taking showers at other people's houses and I don't want to give my daughter a bath at someone's house and having to come back to our place in the cold when she has wet hair and is already sick. I am also tired of warming up water so that I can give her a bath that way instead. We should know by today or at least by Tuesday if we have an apartment but it won't be ready until about the end of next month to the beginning of March. What should I do? Should I just wait it out until the 13th or should I tell my husband that we should just go into a hotel?
