I'm a mum myself and I'm building something to support postpartum recovery β because when I went through it I realised how little support actually exists for us.
I'm looking for around 10 Mums who are between week 1 and week 20 post birth to participate in a trial of my first concept.
For the 7 days, I would check in with you once a day on WhatsApp. Just a short message, nothing heavy. All I need from the Mums is to respond however you feel β even just an emoji is fine. There are no right answers and nothing to prepare.
At the end of the week I'll ask you a few quick questions about how it felt. You can stop at any point and you can be as brutally honest as you like β that's actually more useful to me than being kind.
Can be first, second or beyond in being a Mum. Any birth experience is fine. It's focused on you vs baby.
