I’ve always been against co-sleeping, I know some people benefit from it but I always got paranoid about it but recently since we transferred my daughter into her cot around 3am she gets fussy and is almost impossible to get back to sleep and it sometimes wakes her older brother, the past few nights my partner just brings her in with us (she’s almost 8 months old) and she sleeps straight away without any problems It’s not only the co-sleeping that worries me I just don’t want this to be a long term thing where she’ll only fall asleep with us Any advice?? Leaving her to fuss and cry to self soothe isn’t an option because it wakes up my little boy

My mother in law does not ever ask to see my children or speak to them she lives 5 minutes away! If i ask for help 99-% of thr time she will but only to sit in my house she wont dare take the kids out , but if i dont contact her she just doesnt bother what so ever my husband said he spent soooo much time with his grandparents so she was happy for them to help yet doesnt think a relationship with her own grandkids is necessary? It makes my blood boil

My 8 month old still wakes after 20-30 mins into a nap and will not go back down, im struggling massivley im doing everything i can to make sure she is napping at the right time but she just will not have longer than 20-30 mins shes supposed to have 2-3 hours im completley lost with it i dont know what im doing wrong but its making me miserable!

Last night was the first time my little one slept in her own room (shared with her brother) when she was with us she slept through from 9:30 to 7 but last night we had a few wake ups luckily my son is a heavy sleeper so he didn’t wake up when she cried or stirred, my son didn’t sleep through until he was 18months so I’ve got nothing to compare her to but has anyone else transitioned and how long did it take to get back into their usual sleep pattern
