I’m EBF our 3mth 3wk baby girl, while we also have a 3yr 8mth toddler (in daycare during the day). I’ve never struggled with depression, but I do have inattentive ADHD.

Is anyone is just super irritable, short tempered, lacking that spark they once had. I get frustrated when my toddler isn’t listening & start to raise my voice then catch myself,. It’s not her fault, she’s a kid. To be clear, I adore both my girls, I adore my husband. But Im so short with him lately & I’m sure not the most welcoming or warm to him recently. I have some neck pain I’m working on address, which I’m sure isn’t helping.

But I just don’t know what to do to get out of this moodiness. I know my husband is having a hard go also, because we operate our own business which is very demanding & he’s gone from 5am-6pm right now, while he doesn’t want to miss out on our family time. He blew up last night & called our daughter a “spoiled brat” because she wasn’t focusing on supper. After they were going to go in the pool together (which my husband loves). My husband has never “turned me off” until that moment. I told him to take a walk while I got things back on track. He later apologized, but I told him that he should apologize to our daughter for getting frustrated- not remind what was said. (Side note; I’m not sure our daughter understood he was calling her something, nor does she understand the meaning of those.)

Trying to juggle maintaining the house, some remote work, raising & breastfeeding a baby, caring for myself, our toddler , being there for my husband & the guilt/pressure we put on ourselves for all the things we “should be doing” or are not doing. We also live 30min /1hr drive one way from most everything we do outside our home.

Like I really enjoy that She loves him so much but like she'd lay on top of him if she could just to give him all the kisses poor guy.

I feel like the world is playing a cruel joke on my spouse and I. Our three year old doesn't sleep at night and never has. And has dropped her nap. Our son who's 12 weeks old hates naps. Literally won't sleep during the day. On us or in th crib.

He sleeps about 3-5 hours at night but we're exhausted and don't even know what to do anymore. 😮‍💨

Entering the throes of the 4 month regression, my amazing 7 hour sleeper through the night has begun waking up every 2 hours. Does anyone have any tips or tricks thats helping them navigate through this sleepless time? 🙏😂

Baby girl is 12 weeks old today and still struggling with gas at night. She calms down after I give her a pacifier and then she passes the gas and falls back asleep. Wondering if this will get better soon!!
