My child’s dad lives in a different state. I am from El Paso and want to take my 3yo to Juarez. I have sole managing conservative custody. I do have to inform him of doctor visits and any school related appointments. Do I have to ask him for permission for my son to cross the border? (Meaning to leave the country.) His dad will be against it and will make a huge deal if I even bring it up. I just want to go for an afternoon and I don’t want a huge fight and avoid threats

Does anyone know of an affordable place to exercise? I’m looking for something like a class where they guide you and tell you what to do (CrossFit, Zumba, bootcamp, etc). but preferably somewhere that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg lol 🥲

Hi, I’m a nurse and military wife, and our next move will be to El Paso in a few months. I’m in my 40’s, with a 17 month old baby boy. I’m originally from Nigeria and I love culture and community. I would like any recommendations on a good area for a home. Somewhere not too far off from fun things to do, Restaurants, activities, shops and malls, but also not too far from the airport. An environment that’s diverse. I would also like to meet other moms to make friends. Planning on getting a full time live in nanny when we get there, so any tips on how best to find a good nanny will be appreciated. Any other tips to help ease the anxiety of the move will be appreciated. Keeping my fingers crossed I get some responses and hope to make friends before we get there. 🤗

Hello everyone 🩷 We’re moving to El Paso soon so we can be closer to my side of the family. We have one baby girl who’s about to turn 1 🥺 and we’re hoping to start trying for baby #2.

What OBGYN and hospital do you recommend in El Paso, especially for someone who may be considered high risk? They set me as high risk with my 1st pregnancy because I lost my first baby at 20 weeks. So, I was checked more often than normal. Would love to find a OB like my current one 🥺
