January 2027 Babies 🇬🇧

I’m 29 weeks pregnant now and I’m getting kicks - or punches reeeeeally low down in what feels like my cervix - even lower. Does anyone else have this? It doesn’t hurts just a little uncomfortable.

Is it wrong to plan your own baby shower? I never had one with my first due to being in the pandemic. I just don't want to give someone the stress of doing it and not sure what person I would ask.

I just want to meet up with some ladies and my daughter and play some games and eat cake 🍰

We’re off on holiday Sunday to Lanzarote for the week. I’m 26 weeks tomorrow so according to easyJet I don’t need a fit to fly note. Is there anything I should be doing/taking other than my notes? Never flown pregnant before

My baby is due in January 14th and my husband and I live an hour and 20 from his family. We always spend Christmas with them (my family is in America), he has a big family it’s usually 15-20 people all in a small house for Christmas dinner / late night festivities. We’ve made the decision to skip it this Christmas as I would hate to catch something and end pregnancy/go into labor sick. I also don’t love the idea of spending the night somewhere at 36/37 weeks pregnant.

Is anyone else changing their holiday plans because of their January due date? We’ve also discussed limiting all social activities beginning mid December … is that extreme / crazy? I just can’t imagine being so pregnant AND sick 😭

Anyone else so scared they are going to give birth around Xmas/New year as due date is early Jan?! This is my second and I’m struggling hugely with mum guilt. Trying to make a wonder Xmas for my 4 year old, plan child care for birth (no family close) and just pray baby doesn’t come early. Feeling bigger then I ever did with first and emotions all over the place.
