Has anyone attempted driving yet? I’m 4 weeks PP tomorrow and wondering if it’s possible? X

How far are you walking daily? I’m trying to get out with the pram every day (so far it’s only been 2 days in a row 🤣) I can only manage round the block which takes about 15 mins at my pace. I’m still getting this heavy dragging feeling… wonder how long it’ll last?

Is anyone still on the blood thinning injections? They told me 6 weeks but my stomach is so bruised and painful not sure what to do 😭

Is anyone else desperate for a bath? I’m 3 weeks postpartum and literally counting down the days!

Hi ladies hope you’re all doing good and having a smooth recovery. I had an elective C-section on 21st April. Whilst I feel ok (ish) I’m feeling anxious about the recovery period and what’s normal and what’s not so thought I’d set up this group so we could share experiences and hopefully support each other through the coming months 🩷
