we found out I have fertility issues. At the same time I lost a pregnancy and a family member found they where pregnant and told everyone they didn’t want the baby (drug abuse was involved with the decision) and would be letting me adopt… I had explained we would need to sign documents for adoption but they declined...

My husband and I are looking to adopt, but have no idea where to start. We look online and it gets so overwhelming that we end up saying “we need to find someone to guide us here”. Any suggestions or advice? Live in CA TIA!!

I’m sick with the fact that I may never be able to expand me family biologically or through adoption either, simply because I’m not married and don’t have thousands to do so. Does anyone else suffer from these circumstances? Or is it just me?
