What fertility supplements do people recommend?

Been trying for 5 years, 2 miscarriages. Looking to try some supplements to help…

For background: we have had fertility tests completed by gp and hospital. All came back clear. Currently losing weight to be able to try clomid or similar medication, and ivf.

Anyone know? I can see Red in it. That was when I wiped? It’s probably nothing but thought I’d check.

I got some pregnacare conception today? How well did it work for people? How long did it take for you to get a positive pregnancy test?

What kind of discharge is this?

Hii everyone, I was just hoping for advice or even possible similar situations. Yesterday I woke up feeling extremely hungry to the point I got sick before my breakfast was done cooking. Now this is only something that happened when I was pregnant. After eating I took a pregnancy test and couldn’t believe it because my period isn’t due for another week almost. So I took another one.. Well here they are.

Today I was cleaning my house and started having some intense lower back pain. I assumed I may be having a chemical pregnancy and waited for any bleeding. None. So I went to the ER because the pain was just so excruciating. I tested negative for UTI and negative for pregnancy so they wouldn’t check my HCG. I’m so confused.
