First time mums in the UK

Hello, just wondering when to move my 11 week olds bottle teats to the next size up? He’s currently on size 1 Dr Browns at the moment but he’s started getting fussy and frustrated during some of his feeds and it’s almost as if he’s biting on the end of the teat… Any tips/advice would be much appreciated! ☺️ Thank you x

Hello! I pay full time nursery fees and this is the second month I’ve gotten TCF support. The first month, the government topped it up at the exact amount that nursery needs. The second month, the government topped it up but gave about £100 less.

Are the amounts supposed to be different? I am confused.

I'm due in a few weeks and finalising my hospital bag. I want to try and breastfeed but what happens if my milk supply is slow or I struggle to? Do I need to bring formula with me just in case?

On all the hospital bag lists I've seen it recommends taking a dressing gown.

The thing is, I have two and they're both TINY on me now - wayyy too tight and short. I don't really want to take either of them as they're too small now, and I don't want to fork out money for a new one either if they may fit again after the baby is born.

Is it actually necessary? Did anyone not take one and miss it, or not?

We’ve been looking at this car seat however I believe the rule is the baby must leave the hospital in the car seat but i cannot seem to find a video showing how to lift just the carrier out without removing the full seat. Is this possible? And if not what did you do as we cannot be carrying the full thing in and out of the car?
