C Section Mama's Support Group

I'm due to have an elective c-section at 39 weeks and I'm wondering when I will be given the exact date I will be booked in for ... when was everyone else told when they would be booked in?

I’ve been having burning feelings and constantly sweaty after my c-section. My scar is tender and burns but isn’t red or anything. Postpartum diapers and pads feel like sandpaper and cause me to itch. Any advice on what to do would be amazing. This is the first time I’ve ever had a c-section, my first baby was born vaginally. I am 5 days postpartum. Sharing a photo of my scar.

This is going to be my first c section and first surgery. I’m getting both my tubes removed and a c section done. I’m super nervous 😬 and anxious

I’ve noticed my scar is smelling slightly fishy (11 days pp) I have no other signs of infection and just read on Google maybe it’s a bacteria build up and recommended an anti bacterial soap? Midwife told me just water tricking over it then pat dry with towel.

Hey ladies, I am a week PP how is my incision looking? I’m letting water from shower trickle down it then patting dry and using cool hair dryer setting. Did put a sanitary towel over it this eve to get any excessive moisture didn’t see any puss but the sanitary towel didn’t smell nice.🥴 I’m unsure if it’s opening a little too where I’ve put the arrow on the piccy. I must add I do have terrible health anxiety😮‍💨
