Bad Baby Daddies

My child has her fathers surname and I am planing on going aboard with her, but I can’t do that with his permission. Has anyone struggled to go aboard with there little one without having the same surname and what was it like if you did so how did you get on?

A few days ago told my babys "dad" that he cant see her anymore because of the things he has done to me and he said wheres your proof and is going to try to take me to court. Hes not on the birth certificate and hasn't had a dna test and I just got out of safe place.i dont know what to do I'm a ftm and I'm 19 .what is actions I can take? He is abusive he has never hit me but has raised his hand to has pushed me while pregnant and not and has grabbed me, sexually ( what's the difference between assault and abuse when it comes to sexual) and has blocked me from going to the bathroom..etc..all in front of my 4 month old..I need help..he scares me I cant think of him being around her especially without me there..I'm freaking out..Amy advice I got the papers for a PFA today just waiting from a call back from the court adv. To help me fill it out..I dont know his appartment number but was told I cant go see because its considered stalking..they said I need to jump on it and take him to court but i dont have the money for this..I don't know what to do...

How do you guys feel about your 9 week old baby going with disrespectful father and girlfriend?

My sons bio dad is the laziest sob he doesn't see my son or do anything hes never bought him anything seen him on his birthday or just anything. He is supposed to pay child support that's laughable. And yet his family praises him on fathers day. When my husband took the role of father before my son was even 1. It makes me frustrated how bio acts. How do you guys deal with bad baby daddys?
