Do you know any sleep remedies that I might take in pregnancy for sleep? I am on benzos and zoloft

Hello moms, anyone has experienced stomach ulcers while pregnant? Like I was doing all good in the first 6 months of pregnancy, but at 25-26 weeks, I believe I had the worst flare-up in my whole life.

Trying to manage symptoms with meds but as every new week approaches, I feel worse, Does anyone have an answer for this? Like why do these flare-ups happen!!! Even if you are a very healthy eater!

Anyone could control the symptoms besides meds until they get birth? Like safe supplements to use or so? And would it get better after giving birth?

I asked a lot on Reddit and other pregnancy apps but with NO response! 😕😕 Anything would be truly appreciated
