Threadworm HELL

Hi Mums, has anyone had any success of eradicating extremely stubborn threadworms before without medication? I keep getting them despite so much effort to keep clean (me and the house) and it makes no sense because out of the household (3 kids) it’s only me showing symptoms and when I say keep getting them, I’ve had them literally like 10 times in the space of a year. And it’s true when they say they get worse around a full moon. I’m so done with them. I think I need to go on a fasting cleanse or something but I’m breastfeeding so that’s not possible right now and I know the NHS recommend medication but I don’t trust in this and would really like to get rid without this. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Today I’m deep cleaning the house and saging it out!

No tips just advice, they very very rarely go away by themselves as they have eggs that keep on hatching. Would strongly advise tablets as they will begone within a couple of days. It’s not worth suffering (I work in pharmaceutical)
