Hey yall! Just recently found out Im pregnant and still trying to figure everything out. I'm signed up for a 24-hour group relay at the end of this month. My portion is about 15 miles total in laps of about 5 each. Is this a bad idea? Running isn't new to me, but this is the biggest race I'll have done in a while.

Incognito
I have been running parkrun (5km) every week for a couple of years now but in recent months have started increasing my distance and have run a few 10km. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant and I have a 10km race booked in for next weekend. Did everyone just carry on running or did you get the go ahead from midwives first (I won't see one before my run). For me running can be tough but I enjoy it. Just going to need to take is easy and not push myself?

Morning sickness
Everywhere I've looked, it says running is supposed to help with early pregnancy symptoms, I'm 8 weeks pregnant. But I feel like I've noticed that when I do my easy runs, it makes the nausea worse. Has anyone else noticed this or have any tips? Walking does help the nausea.

Signs of labor
I am 27 weeks and 2 days and got braxton Hicks for the first time today after a run/walk just over 4 miles. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you stop running? My husband now wants me to just walk and slow down. Should I switch to power walking?
