Can running worsen morning sickness?

Everywhere I've looked, it says running is supposed to help with early pregnancy symptoms, I'm 8 weeks pregnant. But I feel like I've noticed that when I do my easy runs, it makes the nausea worse. Has anyone else noticed this or have any tips? Walking does help the nausea.

I found out I was pregnant on a 22 mile run. The thing about running is it depletes your blood glucose, so you may find you need more fuel than usual to avoid nausea. I did a marathon and a 50k and 5 half marathons pregnant, I found that I needed a lot more GU than I usually do, but as long as I was fueling properly I didn't get sick.

Oh no that's rough! I'll have to try increasing my glucose, maybe that'll help

I usually don't use GU, but during pregnancy the chocolate coconut ones and vanilla bean tasted soooo good. Now they taste too sweet again 🤷 I did my first race three months PP and pretty much gagged when I had one.

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
