I have been running parkrun (5km) every week for a couple of years now but in recent months have started increasing my distance and have run a few 10km.
I'm now 6 weeks pregnant and I have a 10km race booked in for next weekend. Did everyone just carry on running or did you get the go ahead from midwives first (I won't see one before my run). For me running can be tough but I enjoy it. Just going to need to take is easy and not push myself?

I did a 50k 11 weeks pregnant because I didn't know I was pregnant. Had higher fueling needs and couldn't figure out why I needed so much food, but cool otherwise, went home and took a pregnancy test afterwards.
@Katherine I have continued, a bit slower than usual. I'm surprised how quickly it affects your body
