Hey mamas. I am 34 year old mama of 1 toddler girl. Just moved to St. Thomas about a month ago and would love to make some new friends who are serious about meeting up and not just being pen pals 😅

Does anyone have any knowledge about a mommy and me swim class at the ymca that they’re able to share? TIA

I’m 24 weeks and after some suggestions, I am checking if I should change to ST (I am at UCLH now bc a friend works as ecograpghist there). I'd like to check ur experiences in ST and also anyone swapped hospitals during pregnancy and had a positive experience?

We were using enfamil gentlease, but due to shortage, we had to switch to a+, which made things very difficult for my girl and us. She is struggling to poop and has a lot of tummy issues,which was not seen with gentlease.

Can anyone recommend or suggest an equivalent formula to gentlease?

I have seen a chiropractor but nothing works now. I know I can't use Voltaren or advil but any suggestions on something else that might work will help.
