St Thomas or UCLH?

I’m 24 weeks and after some suggestions, I am checking if I should change to ST (I am at UCLH now bc a friend works as ecograpghist there). I'd like to check ur experiences in ST and also anyone swapped hospitals during pregnancy and had a positive experience?

Had a great experience at StEgh, from what I've heard most who've done both prefer stegh

My pregnancy(OB) and birth were AMAZING at STEGH.

Hi there! I really enjoyed the hospital in London but the only thing is that if you live further away ...it can be a scary to drive so far once you're in labor but it really wasn't too bad at all both times. I really liked everything about the London hospital. I did not have any deliveries at STEGH. Best wishes!! So exciting for you! Hugs

Early labour - first time mum

I’ve been experiencing contractions since 6am this morning, they have been consistent and regular. Roughly 10 minutes apart and lasting under 2 minutes each time.

I don’t know whether or not to just go in as the hospital have told me to wait until it’s 2-3 mins apart but it’s been over 14 hours now 😰

Advice

Heya, I’ve been getting braxton hicks every 10ish minutes for over an hour now and mild period like pains every now and then, is this a sign of labour coming?? Just wondering if this is the lead up to it as I’m in for a c section so want to catch it early 😅

Short/small femur

Has anyone else had a baby that had the femur that measured small/short. Everything came back normal on our 20 weeks scan but due to some unrelated issues we've had to have more scans. We are 29 weeks
Everything else on the baby's growth is in the 50th or above the 50th percentile but the femur is measuring in the second percentile. Has anyone else had this and how did it turn out?

Recovery

Girlies that have already had their babies this month/last month and had a c-section, how are you recovering? I’m having one this week and getting really nervous now!

Period like cramps

I’m 39.3 weeks and currently experiencing period like cramp pains that come and go. Is this normal. Could this be braxton hicks? Not sure
