Hey - new to the app and generally socializing! Been told I need more hobbies! 😂😂 I work full time as a nursing home manager - hectic to say the least! What’s everyone’s maternity pay like? I’ve considering a side hustle whilst on mat leave as my company only offer SSP!! Madness!!

Hi ladies! I’m Honeylet👋
I thought I’d finally introduce myself. I’m a mum to a very energetic 2-year-old and I also run my own travel business from home.
I started it around 3 years ago because I wanted something flexible that I could build alongside family life. It’s definitely been a learning curve trying to balance motherhood and business, but I love travel and helping families plan their holidays. ✈️
I’d really love to connect with other women who are building something alongside motherhood or another job.
What does everyone do? I’d love to support some other small businesses in here too. ❤️

Baby products
Hi everyone ❤️
I’m a first-time mum to an 8-week-old little girl, and I’ve realised one of the things that frustrates me most is… baby bibs! 😂
I seem to be constantly trying to put a bib on while holding her, and I find both Velcro and poppers really fiddly to do one-handed.
Velcro catches on everything (and can catch their hair!), and poppers always seem to need two hands at the exact moment I don’t have them.
It’s got me wondering whether I’m the only one, or if other parents feel the same.
I’d love to hear your honest thoughts:
🤍 Do you find putting bibs on one-handed difficult?
🤍 What’s your biggest frustration with baby bibs?
🤍 If there was a bib with a secure magnetic fastening for ease of use (designed specifically to be safe for babies), is that something you’d consider buying? Or would it not interest you?
🤍 Is there anything else you’d change about bibs?
I’m not selling anything, I genuinely just had this idea after struggling myself and wondered if other parents have the same problem before I look into it any further.
I’d really appreciate any feedback. Thank you! 😊

Hi all, I’m a FTM to a lovely little girl, and although I’m very happy spending my time with her, I haven’t forgotten about my goals and looking to meet mums who chase their dreams, someone I can look up to for inspiration and motivation. I’m an artists who has a registered business but I keep being my own personal hurdle (working on overcoming self doubts and fear) so looking to surround myself with likeminded people who juggle motherhood, business and personal time. I’m sure it’s hard but not impossible so would love to connect and talk 🫶🏼
