Baby Led Weaning/feeding

Hello! Need some advice my 5 1/2 month old is showing clear signs she wants more solid food or what I am eating. Can I give her puffs? She’s sitting up in a high chair good.

Hi! Please help! Where do i start?! Ive read the solid starts book and done a ton of research, but still somehow fo know what the heck I'm doing?! Like everyone is saying to feed what we're eating just "modified". But i feel like modifications vary depending on food. Some things are obvious like certain fruits or veggies but what about chicken (we eat that a lot)? How do i modify chicken for my 6 mo? Or should I strictly be prepping her own things to ensure she is trying all the things before she's one? Like a different fruit, veggie, or protein each day? So much info out there. Id love to just hear others' experiences! TIA

What foods did you start with? How did you prepare it? Trying to come up with a list of things so that I'm not just trying to work it all out on my own! Thanks !!!

Hi I am looking for facts to give to my MIL. She let my 3 month old lick a chocolate bar. Not just once. She held it at her mouth for like 10 minutes of the baby just licking away.

I am livid. But she said outside of the caffeine, its not a big deal. Is it not unsafe for a baby that small to have anything but milk for the digestive tract? What info can I provide? At the end of the day I am not allowing her near my baby alone again, but still want her to understand she's an idiot. Thanks
