How long do you allowed your child to use an iPad per day? I follow the rule 1-2 hours the max, but typically stick with 30 minutes to no more than 1 hour a day.

My son has been potty trained for almost 2 years at this point and still will not go to the bathroom without being told. He doesn’t have full accidents and can clearly hold his bladder but instead of going when his bladder is full he just does the dance that lets me know he needs to go. It’s like he tries to hold it for as long as possible often has dribbles in his underwear because I catch it too late. And it doesn’t matter what is going on (it’s not like he’s preoccupied with a fun activity and doesn’t want to stop for a bathroom break). This happens every day and nothing I do works. It’s like there’s a disconnect between his body and his brain realizing his bladder is full. I don’t know what to do anymore!

My husband is away for a short trip now my son is having huge meltdowns bedtimes are taking more than 1 hour. I even did a video call with my husband but it made the situation worse. Do you think transitioning to another bedroom would work ? He may be in the spectrum as well but its on the mild side. Usually he has been a bad sleeper ever since he was born frequently waking up less sleep
