My daughter has mostly hated baths, although there have been a few times when she loved them. Even when my parents bathe her, she sometimes screeches the whole time.

They’ve always bathed her in the kitchen sink. My dad holds her while my mom pours the water and washes her with a washcloth, so it has basically been a two-person job. They’ll be leaving for six months in a few weeks, though, so I need to figure out how to bathe her by myself.

Yesterday, I brought out her little plastic tub and tried letting her play with the water first, but she wanted nothing to do with it—not even splashing or playing with her toys. Eventually, I put her in the actual bathtub and washed her with a wet, soapy washcloth, and she started crying.

Was I wrong to just go ahead and bathe her even though she was upset? Am I supposed to wait until she’s comfortable with the water? And for those with toddlers who really hate baths, how are you actually getting them bathed by yourself?

How much of independent play your child has? I feel like I am constantly on the floor with her.

I need some advice to help potty train my toddler. He has a potty chair but doesn’t want to use it. I help and encourage him and let him use it after every meal or drink but he sits on the potty and uses it beside the potty instead of in it. Any tips!!

Is anyone else’s little one starting to crawl out of their crib? My son just learned how and I am not ready to move him to a big boy bed but don’t want him getting hurt. 🥲 What are we doing when they start crawling out? (Ftm)

This has been one thing i really wasnt looking forward too. I have never cared for wrinkles, gray hairs, or a loose belly after birth. Ive never been worried about aging much. It's a part of life i honesty look forward too. The only thing ive really dreaded, was saggy tits.

It grossed me out as a kid to see my moms boobs dangling, folded down flat. And today when I hopped in the shower I had seen it. They have completely deflated after breast feeding. I have to lift them up to seat them in my bras now.

Don't get me wrong, I know its a beautiful thing to breast feed and I will with every kid I have, but MAN I wasnt ready for that.
