Hello lovely ladies👋🏽. I'm not menopausal yet, can I still be a member here?

Hi, new here 🙂 I found out on Monday I’ve been lucky enough to go right through the menopause without having any idea about it (I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago so periods are king gone anyway) but no symptoms other than my flat belly is now not so flat and my hairs thinner. I put weight in tok but put that down to being greedy anyways. My question is, is anyone on anything after menopause that helps these things? Wasn’t sure if I needed to be on hrt or does it not matter now?

My life post- menopausal has seen much of my previous life fall away. What has your experience been?
