Baby Blues support

I created this group for women struggling with pregnancy. I found pregnancy so hard and actually disliked it, it made me feel so guilty for feeling this way and I felt lonely feeling this way. This group is for those who just do not like being pregnant.

Now my little man has arrived I am now severely struggling with baby blues. I am finding it hard becoming a new mother and I feel so alone with no support from the system finding someone or somewhere to turn to for help is so hard when all you hear is "it's normal"

I have put this group together for anyone through pregnancy and beyond who is suffering in anyway, baby blues, postnatal depression even just general worry this group is here as a none judgemental space for women to access support and kindness.

Postpartum mental health

Baby blues

Hey all! I’m currently 6 days postpartum with a 4 year old and I’m going through it bad! I’m randomly crying, having anxiety, and just having a hard time being happy, in a moment I’m suppose to be the happiest.. if anyone has any tips I’ll greatly appreciate them! I’m just feeling so alone and so sad.

Sleep & tiredness

When will it end

When will the baby blues end. I can’t cope with the anxiety all the time.

I’m exhausted and mentally drained. This is my first baby and I had no idea this would happen. I know they mention it but no one mentions how bad it can be.

I feel sad all the time. Like dark cloud is on top of me. I am day 12 PP… is this normal?

Baby sleep

Baby Blues

The first week PP was filled with random crying and anxiety, but the other day I started feeling better. Sleep deprived, but better. But I took a nap today and woke up extremely depressed realizing all my life is right now is wake up, feed the baby, try to sleep when he does repeat. It feels so bland and is really getting to me. Any advice?

Baby Blues

My son is just over a week old and I'm really struggling. I've only had two hours of sleep in the last two days. The depression and anxiety is eating me alive and I feel so alone. Nothing in my life has changed except that now there's a baby, but somehow everything feels different. He doesn't mess up my schedule at all, the anxiety does. I don't know how to cope.
