I’m currently 30 weeks and was told my blood and iron levels are very low and I may need a blood transfusion has anyone ever gone through this ? If so some advice please

Anyone have a older kid obsessed with your belly/ unborn? My 5 year old is constantly hugging kissing even rubbing belly wanting to be close to baby. It's so adorable but I didn't think they'd be this focused on the actual baby 😂 they Even ask to see the ultrasound pictures!
