Hello, this is my first post on here, but I’m looking for advice on my vitamin search and want to get as much info as I can… I am in school for ultrasound and my schedule has gotten very busy and is about to get even more busy with clinicals coming up in March… I have gotten sick 4 times in the past 2 months back to back and figured I could start taking a good multivitamin along with eating better and getting some light exercise in on the weekends when I’m free… but the problem is that there are so many options for vitamins out there that I don’t know what’s the best option for me.
I am looking for something that will give me an energy boost so I’m not constantly tired, and something that will give my immune system a boost so I’m not calling out sick or having to go to school sick… I am currently taking an anti-depressant, a mood stabilizer and birth control, along with Ambien to help me sleep as needed… I am also curious about the sites that offer subscription services for their vitamins, I’m not very familiar with them and want to make sure they aren’t a scam before just giving them my money (especially because my husband thinks they sound like a scam which I can see why)….
