Can you ever learn to trust a cheat again? Need some one to talk to to get through this pain, someone please message me

Since most of us are here because cheating (or suspected cheating) really shook us, I’d love to know how this group can actually help you. If you feel up to it, you can share: • Whether you’re currently going through it, still healing from the past, or just sorting out your boundaries. • One thing you wish people around you understood about what you’re feeling.

What’s one thing that helped you most when you were trying to heal after betrayal or suspicion?

For me, it was going to therapy.

If you’re just starting out or it’s still really fresh, a few gentle things that can help are: • Going no contact (including not checking their socials) • Short daily walks or simple breathing exercises • Talking to one trusted friend • Writing down one thing you’re proud of each day
