Since most of us are here because cheating (or suspected cheating) really shook us, I’d love to know how this group can actually help you.
If you feel up to it, you can share:
• Whether you’re currently going through it, still healing from the past, or just sorting out your boundaries.
• One thing you wish people around you understood about what you’re feeling.
You don’t have to share details or timelines. Short answers are totally okay, even just ‘I’m here to not feel crazy’ or ‘I’m here to figure out if I should stay or go.’ This space is for support, not judgment.

The ex gf started talking to him again(never knew)...we were all friends ounce.
She started the flirting. Things lead to 1 time having sex.
He regrets everything.
Therapy is a thing. Checking in, setting boundaries.
We seem to be us again, but I'm having trouble trusting him/ others. My head likes to attack me.
Also I feel like the time line hurts me more because it is over the time of our sons life. Looking back at videos/pictures when I thought that everything was going great....I feel hurt.
Alot has happened with our relationship. Had to sell matrimonial home due to ex-husband, move into his parents, my c-section ripped open got infected(treatment and rest needed), broke my elbow when son was 10months old carrying him and tripped...healing...

-6months prego started talking, she reached out on SnapChat for 2 weeks(SEPT 2023)
-TOOK A BREAK(OCT 2023-
-8/9months started talking again for 1 month(AUG/SEPT 2024)
-TOOK A BREAK (UNTIL 13 MONTHS OLD JAN 2025)
-13months started flirting-she'd send pictures, he would reply pretty, etc (JAN-MAY(I was in elbow cast)
-TOOK A BREAK(2.5 MONTH BREAK MAY-MID JULY)
-MID JULY went out in public dating started
-19.5 months had sex at friends apartment(FEB 28TH 2025)LAST TIME SAW HER
-Went back to mostly talking some flirting(FEB-NOV)
-NOVEMBER--24.5 months "JUST TALKING"
Cut off all ties JANUARY 10TH, 2026(FOUND OUT!)
