Early pregnancy symptoms

Postpartum weight/ join pain

I am due again in November of this year with my third. I will briefly have 3 under 3. It wasn’t planned to have another baby let alone this soon as my youngest is 9 months. I know women do it. I just don’t know how… I don’t expect my body to just bounce back in any capacity. And I know that with each baby and pregnancy I have dedicated less time to working out and healthy eating habits. But what I didn’t expect to linger was the joint pain I have in my legs, especially my knees! They ache all the time. I realize my body has to adjust to pregnancy and carrying the weight of pregnancy and some weight gain that I haven’t lost. But I don’t ever remember my joints hurting this bad before. I plan to bring it up at my next ob appointment. But I was just wondering if anyone else has felt this way or if you have had any physical therapy during and after pregnancy. I looked up diy stretches/exercises. But I just feel like an actual appointment would be more effective.

Preparing for PP weight loss…

Hey ladies, I’m planning on breastfeeding and hopefully lose weight. I’m having a c-section on Wednesday and I’m hoping to start prepping for success…I gained too much weight during this pregnancy and I’m super stressed over it so I’m looking for a good diet and exercise plan that won’t decrease my milk supply. Any ideas?

Weight loss advice

Almost 5 moths pp, not breast feeding. I ended up losing a lot of weight during my first trimester because I couldn't hold anything down so when I had baby I was under my pre pregnancy weight which is still a lot. I'm 5ft 8 in and 250lbs. I'm looking to start a weight loss journey and looking for any advice.
