Nap/Bedtime query
Almost 7 mongh old was having 3 naps, but Bedtime was getting pushed really late. So we decided to drop his last nap and bring bedtime earlier. But since then his sleep at night is awful!! His routine atm is as follows: Up 6:30 (awake for 3 hrs) Nap at 9:30 for 1 hr (awake then for 3 hours) Nap at 1:30 for 1.5/2 hrs...
