Hey y’all! My daughter went to her 30 month well check and she’s at the 98th percentile for her weight and 95th for her height. Doctor said she’s eating a lot and it’s caused a premature growth spurt. Where are you guys kiddos at? I just thought she was getting her height from her dad, but I guess she’s just eating too much? So weird lol

I ask bc motherhood is a constant battle & having a partner who makes parenting worse or better could make a big difference in how the relationship goes. I’m just curious. My bf & I went through every emotion during our son’s first year of life but now we are in a much better space in terms of how we feel about and communicate with each other.

Hello moms with kids having multiple food allergies

I wanted to check do you all attend birthday parties?. We were invited to a birthday party at our kids daycare and decided to attend it. We rsvped on time. We dint expect the host to do much and we dint ask what will be served to the kids since it’s usually very common to serve pizza. When we went there we were suprised to know the host knew our child had food allergies. We felt a bit taken back that the host never tried to check if they could make accommodations at least for the sake of asking for the cake and other snacks It hurt us bit and have been questioning if we should attend bday parties since our child Won’t be able to eat anything. While we want our kid to socialize, we also want her to interact in an environment where our kid feels more welcomed. Our kid already understands they are being treated differently at 2 years and observes quitely. As mom it breaks my heart 🥲

How do you all decide to attend social events or not?

How is your baby sleeping? We coslept and we always stay with him until he fell asleep. Yet the past few nights he fight his sleep very bad. Negociates more books, moving from one side or another, no end talking .... I talk to him softly, give him tips to help him fall asleep, ... The only moment he falls asleep is when I get upset. Then he sleeps on less than 2 minutes... So I end up being upset at him every single night lately. That makes me sad. Anyone else experience that ?
