I had an emergency c-section, the tissue around the huge scar feels a bit tight and yoga stretches feel different than before..also, I'm breastfeeding and my boobs are huge..anything including jumps or running is impossible!

Same here, emergency section! 🙋🏻♀️There are some good postpartum fitness apps out there. Also started jogging a few weeks ago. It’s fine but sometimes my pelvis floor feels sore afterwards…I did the Mini Marathon 2 weeks ago.
