Please tell me this is normal, 50 year old in perimenopause. Had stopped having periods for 10 months, they restarted again after COVID injection. 2 periods then stopped again but feel so tired and nauseated at times.

Hey Gill ❤ both those things are symptoms of peri/menopause. It’s also seemingly A Thing that the Covid vaccine can restart your periods for a little time. Are you taking anything to help with your peri/menopause symptoms yet? ❤

Hi Gill, yes what you are experiencing is all normal. Spontaneous periods after vaccination is well reported. And unfortunately fatigue and nausea are both common symptoms. If you haven't been tested recently, do ask your doctor to check your thyroid function and iron, B12 & folate levels. Thyroid problems are most common in women in their 40s & 50s so it's wise to have that ruled out.
You're in a good space here & you're not alone.
