So thisbis my 3rd baby he was very active I did call my obe the other day she said to mess with my belly we've tried still not moving when I was in the er they said his heart beat was around 155 I have an apt with ob on Tuesday

Has any doctor checked to see if you have a retroverted uterus? I had one and felt the baby kicks later then when my app said I should.

It’s just soon! Eventually he/she will be moving all day and all night. Try not to worry especially if your doctors reassured you mama!

17 weeks is still pretty early for feeling regular movements. But usually drinking orange juice helps.

Orange juice ❤ lie on your back lift your bum in the air and shake several times ❤

They say everyone feels the baby at different weeks depending on their body! I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I haven’t felt it yet. My sister in law that is the same week has felt her baby move! My friend felt her baby at 23 weeks.
Everyone is different but if your really unsure I would call ur doctor and see what they say!

For me it took 27 week to actually feel baby moving strong if ur a FTM

I stared feeling him at about 12 weeks just not this last couple days this is my 4th Organ will be my 3rd live baby

Eat something sweet, drink orange juice, & lay on your side! If you’re concerned it never hurts to go in again. Do you know if you have an anterior placenta? That could contribute to why you’re not feeling him, I had that & I struggled a lot with it. Honestly any kind of concern I had I went in, it helped me be able to relax.

17 weeks is still quite early to feel babe moving

17 weeks is still very early and baby won’t have a rhythm yet. I didn’t feel my baby consistently until I was around 22 weeks and have an anterior placenta.

Drink something sweet and try laying on your back. If you are concerned call your doctor and get checked out again 💙

Do you know where the placenta is? If it's anterior you'll feel bub later.

Have a cold drink and lie on your left side. I’ve been told movements won’t be regular till 28 weeks and that’s what I’ve found. Sometimes they get into positions where you can’t feel them as much when you’re busy. If you’re worried, call your midwife or the hospital x

When I was pregnant my daughter liked to sleep a lot what always worked on me was drink apple juice and lay down on the side

17 weeks is quite early to feel baby moving although if you are ever concerned just go back to them they won’t mind that’s what they are there for xxx

I never felt my baby move properly untill I got to 20 weeks In my first pregnancy. If you've had checks on baby and baby is fine. The chances are, your baby is still small and needs to grow a bit more for you to actually feel him/her more often.

But also try a cold fizzy drink and lay on your left side it should make them move x

I’d go and get it checked out anyway, do you have a anterior placenta? I didn’t feel my child move much at all during pregnancy.

Hi, sometimes babies at this stage don’t move as much. If you are really worried I would call your dr or go in. Good luck ❤️

Movement before 28 weeks is inconsistent I know it’s hard not to worry but try your best a few weeks ago my baby would move all day one day and then not at all the next day. I’m sure he’s fine !

It’s still a little early at this stage so try not to worry. You’ll get to feel baby more as you get to 20wks and beyond 💛

I didn’t feel any movement in either pregnancy until after 20 weeks at least - try not to worry!

I didn’t feel the baby move until about 24 weeks. Still only feel movement at night now at 29 weeks. At my last midwife appointment they told me I was moving but I couldn’t feel it. 🤷🏼♀️ try not to worry, I believe it’s more a concern if you felt movement and then it stopped / became less regular. Take care if in doubt always worth speaking to the triage x

I am 17w too and haven’t felt it once so far

You are a little early i wouldn’t stress about it. Just keep eating healthy and go for nice walks and everything will be okay. ❤️

17 weeks is really early to feel movement, I felt baby moving at 21 weeks xx

This is controversial advice I’m sure but when I was in your shoes I worried too. I have an anterior placenta which also made it harder for me to feel our girl moving and this is our first. I ended up buying a fetal Doppler device from Amazon. It’s not totally reliable as they say you can pick up the placenta or other things but I found it very reassuring to just have my husband use it and find her heart beat and hear it just for peace of mind. ALWAYS reach out to your doctor if you are worried or really feel like you haven’t felt anything in a long time (say 12 hrs) this early on. As others said, you might not feel consistent movements yet. I’m
37 weeks and she’s not constantly moving. They sleep too.

I am 17w 2 days, and didn’t felt the move yet,waiting…❤️

I didn't feel baby move until after 24 weeks, but apparently cold drink can help make them move in 3rd trimester

I didn’t really feel my son until the 20s weeks range. Even then, my baby was quiet and slept a lot. No hiccups and barely moved enough for me to see or feel. He hugged my spine too so he was pretty far from the front. Don’t be too concerned. If it’s your first you may not feel them for awhile

I was also in the 20 weeks range before baby moved think it's a little early..

My baby was so so active when I was pregnant (she still is!) but I didn't feel her moving until about 19-20 weeks and then it was just a flutter.

Drink something really cold

I didn't feel anything until 21 weeks, they say if it's your first it may take up to 24 weeks to feel anything, don't worry it'll come xx

I didn’t feel my baby move until about 21 weeks

I was told the doctor had no expectations for me to feel baby move at all until 22-24 weeks and that they don’t recommend counting kicks at all prior to 28 weeks. At 17 weeks I had maybe felt baby move once or twice many days apart and at 20 weeks now I still don’t feel baby move everyday. They have so much room still at that point to move around it’s harder to feel the movement.

My doc always said eat a candy bar and if they don't move in an hour call them

But I didn't feel movement's till 24 weeks

My ob is closed today and I've always felt my baby move before 20 weeks

Go to the hospital

I’m 17 weeks today and felt nothing at all so far. Midwife said it’s normal x

It’s normal not to feel the baby at 17 weeks!!!

This is my 3rd baby its not to early I've been feeling baby since 12 weeks

I didn't feel my baby move until after 17 weeks x
