Peri-menopausal and exhausted

Absolutely exchausting Fiona and depends how heavy and how long it last for, it can take me a week once my period has finished to get over it x

I’ve really struggled to get through my work day today and dropped a massive clot. I feel completely yuk

I recently had my 2nd period in 6 months and had to change every hour for 3 days absolutely wiped me out x

It’s just awful isn’t it x

I'm knackered, want to sleep 😴 moody.

I've given up on how many clots I've lost over the last few months. I also suffer with endometriosis, my gp doesn't know if the perimenopause has triggered that off or the other way round, all I know is I'm completely shattered all the time 😔. I'm waiting to hear from a gynaecologist, already waited 2 months!! I'm not holding any hopes it will be this year.

The waiting list are awful long and often it’s a phone consultation. I just want some hormones 😭
