Baby born at 33 weeks 💙

Hi everyone, moved here from the February group as I had my baby yesterday at 33 weeks. My waters went and after a bleed they decide to do an emergency c section. Baby boy is in neonatal but is doing good - weighs 4lb5 so quite a decent weight for his age. We are so in love 💙 but it hasn’t quite sunk in yet! I thought I had another 7 weeks to prepare 🤣
Anyone else here had an early baby?

Having one Thursday at 37. Not quite as early as you but early nonetheless

Congratulations, we had out little girl at 34 weeks she came boxing day after my waters broke at 5am! She was 5lb 9. We where on neonatal for 2 weeks. Rest up from the section as much as you can - I stayed on the ward for 7 days but each day got up walked to little one for feeding and went back to bed in between, it helped my recovery so much!

It was hard seeing little one in neonatal, but the team where amazing!

We are now home and baby girl is doing amazing. If you need someone to talk to reach out.

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.
Little one will be 6 week tomorrow

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
