Bloating issues

Hi all been on HRT for 8 days and oh my word the bloating especially at night! Not sure I can put up with it?! Does it ease off? I look ridiculous I’m a bit over weight anyway but legs are skinny so I look like an egg on legs at the moment 😂

Iv been on hrt for 5 years and no the bloating never goes away it’s awful 😢

Iv loved with it for 5 years just come off it in something else now

But I think anything hrt related makes you bloated

Hello! Bloating is one of the early 'settling down' side effects that subside after the first three months or so for most people, so fingers crossed it'll go by itself... 🙂

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
