Super sore boobs

I'm 20+4 and I've been thinking the same, i just keep saying yo myself.... Surely this eases off at some point during pregnancy 🤣

well when you breastfeed your boobs shouldn’t be sore/painful

I had this all the way through pregnancy it was horrendous. Unfortunately I never got to breastfeed but it did instantly go after birth (c section)

I actually had this around the same time as you, and weirdly enough I also got a clogged milk duct which was really painful and didnt realise you could get it before baby arrives, but after a few day it all settled. I massaged my boobs under the shower, maybe try that see if it helps ease the soreness.

Coconut oil multiple times a day. (specifically I used MCT oil)

I had the same thing. Mine was so bad by 27 weeks, taking a shower was agonizing. Then I tried MCT oil and my pain is completely gone. I only use it once a day now after showering (I'm 35 weeks) because all the pain is gone. At first, I would put it on before I go in the shower and it would prevent the pain in the shower too.

Before I tried coconut oil, i bought the hand warmers and would put them on top of my bra before leaving the house. I couldn't open my jacket in front of anyone because I looked ridiculous 😂😂 it was so bad.

Yep I’m also 27 weeks and have this…I’ve occasionally noticed small bits of colostrum too. Apparently you can start to collect and feeeze this and a midwife is going to go through this with me at some stage. I don’t think o have enough to collect now! Not interested to see if I should be doing something now?

I am going through this too at 24 weeks. Like they hurt sooo bad!
