Hi warriors !

Anyone has been taking Coq10 during IVF ? For how long have you been taking it ? Did you stop it for transfer or later ?

Yes I did! Took it for 3 month a before until the day before the egg retrieval

I think it's worth taking it until you know how many embryos you got, or euploid if doing testing. Keep it going until you know you have a good batch to work with.

I took it through transfer until I got a positive test. Then my nurse said to stop. ✨✨

I have been taking 600 mg daily for just over 3years now. I feel it has helped my egg quality. I have tried both taking it during transfers and not taking it during transfers and it didn’t make a difference. I couldn’t find any scientific evidence or study that says it is safe or unsafe during pregnancy. Probably best to stop it as has said above. When I did get a positive I stopped.

I took 3 x 300mg tablets per day up until I got my positive pregnancy test. Slightly higher than the recommended dose but all ny ivf friends were too. I took it with 2 x omega 3 fish oil tablets too

Thank you everyone 😊

My naturopath tells me to keep taking it even whilst pregnant. I’m 6 weeks pregnant. She says it also helps the embryo to get more energy from you

I've been taking 300mg for the last year to support egg quality. They say at least 3 months before I think. I also take 3 x DHEA 25mg a day as well alongside prenatal vitamins xxx

Took it for about 3 months and stoped at egg retrieval. Dr advised not to take it during transfer protocol

I started taking 300mg around July last year. Then after my first appointment in Sept with the nurse at QFG I went up to 600mg (as per her recommendation). I'm still on it now
