Heyo! I’ve been ttc for a couple months now and this is the first cycle I’m actively paying attention to what I’m eating/physical activity. Not only does this get me out of my own head, I get to spend more time with my dog & relieve stress, so I’ve been going on long walks. Just starting out on physical activity to feel good and my go to is definitely a couple mile walk and yoga. Anyone interested in being fitness pals? We can talk about anything but interested in someone to talk about physical activity, stress relief, our journey, and share our walks/work outs!
