My daughter is turning one in June and everyone is asking what they can get her. What are some good things to tell people to get?

Honestly I’d take advantage and say clothes and shoes with bigger sizes just so your stocked and ready they grow so fast and toys they lose interest really fast

Ask for books. Their favorite childhood book, a good author, some learning books you can read to her...anything.

I would recommend getting her a savings account for college and having the option of letting people add to her college fund. That way you’re not overwhelmed with lots of toys and your baby has money saved up when she goes to college! 😁

Family memberships to things in your area zoo, aquarium, children’s museum!

For my son's first birthday, we asked for clothes and diapers. If someone wanted to get him a toy, it was up to them on what they thought was appropriate to get a one year old lol 😂

Plastic play tea set!

Educational toys will be great and last longer than clothes

Money for college fund

Diapers and or gift cards. Maybe some books and learning toys

I would honestly ask them for gift cards or cash to help buy the things the baby really needs or to make a registry for diapers, wipes and the products you want for your baby and ask them to please stick to the registry because it will help you out sooo much. ❤️

We did books, puzzles and clothes because she had enough toys..

You can never go wrong with asking for diapers and clothes. If you have a lot in one size ask for clothing in the next largest. I have yet to buy my 9mo any clothes because that’s all I ask for is clothes. Still have a big box of things for her to grow into over the next year

I just took my baby to the aquarium when she was 1.... she loved it ...if anybody wants to give zoo gift cards or something. I gave my niece "zoo money" (cash)

Memberships to local zoos or attractions that little kids can enjoy.

My sons 1st birthday is also in June. If people ask I am just going to say to put money in his college fund because he doesn’t really need anything.

We had family members who asked what to get him contribute to his college fund. At 1 their attention span to a toy is so small that we chose to have close family and friends donate to his future, at least right now when he doesn't really understand the concept of a birthday.

For my daughters 1st birthday i asked for letters to her on her 18th Birthday.... many of the family may not still be there (Ex grandparent)

Clothes gift cards and snacks lots of snacks LOL but as they get older request events like trips to the movie theater trips to the zoo it helps cut down on the accumulated unnecessary toys as they get older and helps them create better bonds with those people that stay in their lives

Bath toys are never a bad toy! I feel like they get gross quick and it's fun to switch it up!

My son turned 1 last week and I asked for clothes in size 1 and 2 to stock up on bigger sizes and toys that are educational and books. I wish I had have asked people to get shoes too. Ah well 😑

We always ask everyone to get clothes because toys are so messy lol. That way you can get them the toys you want them to have if you know what I mean. Like legos really 😂.
