Hi all, how do you lovely ladies handle the peri menopausal bloat? How do you dress to disguise it? I feel and look like I’m 6 months pregnant and it’s really getting me down.
Thank you for listening 🤗

I tend to dress more for comfort now . My skinny jeans have been consigned to the back of the wardrobe 😂 . I’m wearing more dresses now as I find anything round my waist super uncomfortable now .

Well the weathers changed now so baggy jumpers for me and gym leggings not flattering but comfy 🤣

I work in an office I need smart comfortable clothes 🤔

@Kelly I’m all about comfort 👌🏻 I’m tall so finding nice comfortable smart clothes has become a chore 🙄

Hi. I’m so fed up with the bloat! A friend of mine recommended these - I haven’t started them yet, but I’m game to try, need to flatten that tum! 😜X

I'm struggling and yet to find out

let me know how it goes 🤞🏻

I work in a warehouse so I’ve got the advantage of wearing comfy clothes . What do you usually wear ? I tend to go for longer tops to cover my stomach . My colleague who works in sales obviously dresses a lot smarter . I notice she tends to wear mainly dresses and she’s near my age and we are going through the menopause together lol if she wears trousers she’ll wear a top with a blouse over that . Not sure if that’s an idea 🤔

I'm the same I feel so uncomfortable in anything that's not leggings and t-shirts. ☹️

Yep, anything round my waist is horrific! I opt for dresses at work, (if you haven't found it, Vinted is excellent for buying good quality dresses for a fraction of the price!) Or jeggings and jumpers, the jeggings have to be a size up though so they aren't tight, I can't bare anything tight 😬

I wear, trousers, blouses, and sometimes dresses but I’m not a great lover of dresses tbh I’m struggling with what style suits me as shirt dresses always pop open at the breast area 🙈

it really is awful 😞

thank you. I will look on Vinted but I’m tall so I always struggle to find clothes that fit 🙈

I like tea dress style, or anything in a jersey fabric, hangs nicely and has stretch to it. I've got to know which brands fit better or look nicer, and which ones to avoid, beauty is in Vinted it's usually only a couple of pounds a time!
