Hi guys, so I've suffered a few miscarriages this year. I get pregnant extremely quickly, but I have a problem keeping my pregnancies. I had a blighted ovum at 9 weeks back in June, then I got pregnant in September, and that turned out to be a chemical. My Hcg, when I had it checked, was 13 and then dropped to nothing, and I miscarried. Now I'm pregnant again. My HCG was 27, and my progesterone was 9.4 at 13 DPO, and hcg was 40 at 15 DPO. My doctors are having me do bloodwork on Monday, which will put me at 19 DPO. I'm hopeful that it will be over 160, which is where it would be if It doubles. I know I'm in range, but it's still pretty low compared to some women. What were your hcg levels, and if it was low, did you go on to have successful pregnancies? My lines are continuing to get darker on test, so I know it's rising, unlike last time where they got lighter.š¤š½

I haven't seen these kinds of tests where I am but I can say that my doctor did mention yesterday that these levels are never constant and they always change just based on your body preparing for baby. Don't give up and think positive for your blood work! All will be ok in the end.

Mine was 39 at 12dpo and 126 at 14dpo. I didn't do it again until a few weeks later. Sorry for your losses ā¤ļø I had two chemicals previously as well

So question... you guys just keep retaking pregnancy tests to see how dark the lines are to see where your levels are? Sorry I'm new to this but would have helped to know on my last miscarriage.

@Ki hi, yes, we take them repeatedly because the darker the line gets, the better. I use differet types of strips also, because the sensitivity of the test were different. If all were showing positive i knew it was right and not indent line. That's also how you know your hcg is rising. Or if it starts to get lighter, it could indicate a chemical pregnancy. Also, my doctor did test to check my hcg to follow it down after both miscarriages, so taking the test at home was a way for me to also see it go back to negative test

hi. Ok thanks for the advice. Where do you get the strips? I'm here up in Manitoba Cananda. You?

I'm in Missouri. You can order them online at amazon
