I am in so much pain with my knees. I literally am struggling every day. I haven’t done anything to cause this. And wondering if any one else has the same?

I'm exactly the same and not finding painkillers doing much, and I don't want to take them constantly. I take some joint pain supplements but clearly not working

One of mine is terrible. Constant but more so with walking for a few weeks now. I already take turmeric daily.

Yes I take turmeric too, it's a pain because I want to walk to try to lose my menopouch but knees are stopping me, also I have groin pain when walking which is just like the groin pain I had when heavily pregnant? So many symptoms!!

I’m the same. I could cry with it. I’m taking magnesium and I use the hrt gel every day but no difference to my knees

how is that working?

Yes, I am older now, not sure if I am past menopause. I take Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen each morning. My pain started in my ankles, and went to my knees. Years later a sports MD took several X-rays and gave me a hip diagnosis. I had a hip replacement, but, I still have ankle pain in the morning. Turmeric did not help and my own doctor discouraged it, but I use it for seasoning.

Ok ladies, I don’t suffer from chronic knee pain, my knees have bothered me in past when going up and down steps often, and I used Capzasin cream, it works really good, but you want to apply it with a glove because it’s very hard to wash off of your hands and you don’t want to get this in your eyes. If you’d rather try something else that you don’t have to fool with gloves, Blu Emu is what you want to use it’s the best cream out there that I’ve found and I’ve used it for a torn rotary cuff in my shoulder it’s also helped my back pain it’s great stuff, so I hope it helps you all!
