Morula transfer success stories??

Hi everyone. We’re coming to the end of our very first IVF ICSI cycle. Unfortunately none of our embryos made it to blastocyst stage. We had 13 eggs collected and 5 were developing. By day 5 we had 2 that were at morula stage. We were given the option to transfer as they were too poor to freeze. The hospital was unable to give me a success rate but we figured a transfer was better than 0% chance with no transfer at all. Has anyone had a morula transfer that developed into a pregnancy? I did my first of 2 pregnancy tests today and it was negative. Not sure if there’s any point to be hopeful anymore as we know the odds were very low to begin with. Has anyone had similar experiences?

I did! I had a day 5 morula on the cusp of being a blasto. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. It is early days still but I had lost hope at transfer. Embaby was 1 of 3 embryos and the other 2 were poor quality.

@JB do you remember how soon after transfer you got a positive result?

Had my transfer on 31st October and I tested on 7th Nov and got my positive xx

May I ask @JB and @Daisy how things are going for you? I also just had a Day 5 morula transfer as it was the only one left xx

@Emily hi Emily. Our morula transfer didn’t work out and that was 10 months ago now. We’re currently on another fresh cycle, hopefully this time it will get to embryo stage 🤞🏻 all the best for your transfer x
