Hitchin mummies to be?

Hi, Any Hitchin or local mummies to be fancy a coffee? I'm 14 weeks pregnant so just into second trimester. Starting to have a little more energy (for now at least) and looking to meet other mummies in the area! I'm a first time mum so 'fake it until you make it' is definitely what I'm rolling with for now! Any tips to help along the way, feel free to share! Faith
