TWW symptoms

I had my transfer 5 days ago, have been on Progesterone 8. The night after my transfer I had horrible heartburn (note: I am already on 40mg of famotidine to prevent heartburn in general per Dr) than woke me up the following 2 nights. I caved and took Tums the nights after at it stopped the heartburn at night. But since the transfer, I have had indigestion and am constantly burping.

Anyone else experience the burping?

I’m 5dp5dt and I’ve had terrible heart burn. I think it might be the progesterone as it plays havoc with digestion apparently. I am burping terribly!
Have you had any other symptoms?

I’ve been emotional, like almost cried cause the hubby wouldn’t put his arm around me - he did a min later. Tired and getting small tasks mixed up - probably linked to tired

This TWW is probably the worst of everything I have been through in the IVF process.
Just trying to keep positive but I also had an emotional moment today.
Every twinge, air bubble, burp is driving me crazy.

Do you sometimes feel like people are having kids for all the wrong, selfish reasons??

I had an old friend tell me that she’s trying to get pregnant because she wants a girl so she can do her hair and she’s “excited to buy cute baby girl clothes” and be able to “have a best friend”. Like sure that’s cool, but also babies are not toys lol. They are expensive and eventually become adults who didn’t ask to be here and will have to deal with the fawked up, failed system we birthed them into and hope to God they’re smart enough to make a real difference.
